Down With the Mundane (Tuesday, March 23, 2004)

As I think about my blog, I realize that most of my day-to-day stuff is really mundane, and not terribly worth writing about. For example, do you care if I got an 85 on my Geography midterm? Or that GMU's e-mail is running between 12 and 36 hours behind right now? (And would you believe that the tech support staff I talked to had the gall to ask me for my e-mail account password? I was like are you kidding??)

On the bright side, I think I finally have figured out my topic for the first linguistics paper of the semester. I won't discuss it now, but once I get it written, I'll probably post it here, just for fun. Eventually, I will have a section for all of my non-random writing.

In the meantime, I'll try to keep the blog mostly clear of mundane crap, and stick to interesting esoteria. Unfortunately, I don't seem to have any of that coming to mind right now. Thus, I sign off. So... to all of you out there, wherever you are, remember, the light at the end of the tunnel may be you... good night!
